We’re on the brink of something incredible at Wichita Recovery Hub, and you won’t want to miss it! We’ve narrowed our search and are pursuing the perfect first location to bring the vision of The Hub to life.
Imagine a vibrant, centrally located cafe-style space designed for Members to feel grounded and secure in a warm, welcoming environment that builds stability, strong relationships, and a sense of belonging.
Some of the services our Community Café will offer include:
Coffee and snacks
Access to a computer lab
Daily connection with other Members through cards, board games, and conversation
Open Mic Nights, Birthday Celebrations, and other events that share the message, YOU MATTER!
The Café Community also provides our Members with a chance to gain access to other resources. These resources will include:
Connection to mental health and substance use treatment
Connection to housing resources, including sober living
Connection to a network of community resources to support social and emotional well-being
But that’s just the beginning! Our new site will feature dedicated spaces for recovery meetings and our transformative School for Recovery classes and workshops. There will also be office space for staff and private areas for coaching and peer-to-peer meetings.
